Jeff Wrathall: Developer
Jeff channeled his mosquito-cat induced rage into pure web developing awesomeness.
After landing on planet earth via Montreal, Jeff understandably migrated to the land of arctic winters and mosquitoes the size of cats (that’s right, Winnipeg). Ten years ago, he and his wife said ‘good riddance’ to the mosquito-cats and left the tundra for the Big Smoke. The couple has since multiplied their genes twice and the whole clan currently resides happily in the Toronto ‘burbs.
Prior to joining the Thrillworks team as Developer, Jeff acquired 2/3 of a B.A. padded by a diploma in Computer Programming. He then spent a significant chunk of his career in the printing industry, as well as a few years at a marketing agency where he developed and supported micro sites, contest sites, corporate sites and internal accounting and billing sites until he couldn’t possibly learn anything more about doing stuff with sites.
A hacker at heart, Jeff is in his element when he’s immersed in code and gets a little too excited when he figures out how to zap a bug or complete a task more efficiently. When he’s not snort-laughing like a geeky super-villain in front of his computer screen, he’s playing volleyball, playing with his kids, cooking and reading. He’s also proficient in sports involving boards, beach loafing and old school punk music.
